BillFlex at WEB Overview

BillFlex at WEB is a real-time billing solution for Wired Web (HTTP), Streaming (VOD/AOD), Messaging (SMS/UMS/E-mail, FAX) Service and IP Telephony Service Providers. It is the first product that has successfully been commercialized in Korea.

Rate Plans by Contents Type

1. Both the pre-payment method using cyber cash charging and the post-payment method using usage log tracking are available.
2. When the prepaid user finishes the charged amount, the additional usage can be paid later, effectively allowing combination payment methods.
3. Mileage can be given to new registration, contents purchase, and usage amount. External partner mileage can also be integrated together.
4. Supports automatic session termination in case of the user's exiting the site, guide information for users in need of additional charging, simultaneous charging for users with multiple browsers, and prevention of double charging when the same document is accessed during the same session.
5. Supports charging of a set price for bundle products with different pricing systems.
6. Supports discounts for specific groups, volumes, times, gender, or events. Different bonuses can be given depending on the method of payment, e.g. automatic bank transfer or credit card.

Partner CP Calculation Support

In general, when the contents service provider provides the service with the contents provided by partner CPs, the service provider has to pay the usage fees to the partner PCs for the contents used. BillFlex supports the following payment methods.

1. Monthly payment of fixed amounts.
2. Payment for the contents revenue to the partner CPs minus the commission due the service provider.
3. Payment by contents usage duration or count.
4. Combination payment of applying basic rates for an agreed duration or counts of contents usage and then applying additional rates for additional contents usage duration or count.

BillFlex provides complete statistical data in connection with the CRM function, facilitating independent marketing activities.

1. Provides revenue data by category, partner CP, and contents, and collection data by payment method.
2. Provides usage by category, partner CP, and contents and user access data.
3. Provides usage by all users including fixed plan users and data on revenue, cancellations and refunds.
4. Provides payment status for partner CPs and payment data by finance institute and payment method.
